How to activate the plug-in installation?
It is necessary to have an active Zoom account and accept the terms and conditions of the contract to successfully complete the configuration.
To install the zoom plugin, access the "Plugin" menu from the administration of forma.lms, click on UPLOAD and then on INSTALLATION.
Online events & reporting
Once the plug-in is installed, you can create your online event on zoom and proceed with the registration of the participants.
Participants will be able to access the event created directly from the platform, without any pre-registration on Zoom.
At the end of the video lesson, it will be possible to download the user access reports, directly from the "historical" tab inside the Forma Lms platform. From here you can consult the users' access and exit times. If you wish to share the report with your colleagues, you can export the file in xls format by clicking on the appropriate "Excel" tab.
