Great day for the forma.lms project, Forma LMS 3 has been finally released and is now available for association members.
Also, version 2.4.4 is now available for download to everybody, and a new 2.4.5 is expected within a few days to complete and close the 2.4.x lifecycle.
The previous 2.3.x releases are now deprecated and won't receive any further support.

How we did it
This release was possible thanks to the efforts of the association partners, with the support of several clients that sponsored some of the new features and improvements. But Forma 3 also marks an important step forward in our project sustainability model: for the first time we were able to develop two major features with the direct sponsorship of external companies, community crowdfundings and associacion funds:
- The new Dashboard feature has been co-sponsored by Festo Academy and Purplenetwork
- The new Learning Object Management was co-financed with a community crowdfunding initiative
Plus, we will soon release the first community plugin, financed with the association funds and by one of the company members.
Having this kind of support and participation from the community and any project stakeholder is very important and is giving an enoromous boost to Forma LMS: thank you all!
