Hi All None of Claudio's points changed anything so I approached our server host and they said : "The requested domain was violating mod-security rules. I have disabled the those rules so please check and confirm working of admin panel." Everything worked fine then. So if anyone else has this ...

Hi, I have just made a clean install of Forma LMS using version 1.4.1 and I cannot save any new Learning Objects to a course.
