CSV import to group

I was trying to import new user into my created group via .csv file and it seems that function not working. Is anyone face the similar problem? I'm using Version: 2.3.0.

thank you so much for the help. I think I've found the solution (maybe my fault for not exploring much).
here is my step, I do csv import in user management area first then go to group management>assigned user> import *use the same csv file and its worked.

At first, I thought can directly import the file in group management. need to explore it more. cheers.

yes, I also imagined it was something like that.
Users need to be in the system first. Then, if you need to use groups, you can assign those users to a group.

But I would recommend using nodes, frankly, not groups.
