sql error when entering a course

New to Forma LMS, so not sure what is happening here.

Whenever I create a new course, and attempt to click on that new course, I get the following:

Expression #1 of ORDER BY clause is not in SELECT list, references column 'formalms_dev.learning_organization.path' which is not in SELECT list; this is incompatible with DISTINCT [ SELECT DISTINCT learning_organization.idOrg FROM learning_organization WHERE ((learning_organization.idParent = '0') AND (learning_organization.idCourse = '3')) ORDER BY learning_organization.path ]

Any ideas what is going on here?
