Ok, I found a bug, but it's not related with 404.
In /lib/lib.mimetype.php replace:

case "bmp" :
			return 'image/bmp';

with:

Code: Select all

case "bmp" :
			return 'image/x-ms-bmp';

Please, give it a try and tell me if you're still getting 404.
