email query

Hi everyone I have a query on Docebo/ Forma. It seems that most emails for example when a user registers are not going through to the users. Does anyone have the same problem ?

what do you mean by "most of the emails"? if no email is sent it may be a mailserver issue, otherwise check the configurations in administration, main > configuration > event manager.
You can test the email functionality by sending yourself a test communication with the newsletter tool
Also, make sure that your server ip is not in some antispam blacklist

HI Alberto,

Thank you for your reply. We did check the blacklist and did find the email stuck because of that. We changed email account to a gmail account, but in the end we had the same issue.

To be honest we cant find a logical reason why some email arrive at the client and some don't.

This poses the biggest issue when users arrive on the site for the first time and register, if they don't get the confirmation email with the URL then they cant enter the system.

If the ip is blacklisted any email sent by that ip may be blocked, from any account: you can ask the blacklist manager to remove your ip.
Anyway, it seems related to some email routing issue, I don't think it can be solved at platform level.
