Error when a user click send on a chat room

When a user is in a chat room, on clicking send, there is an error
Not Found
The requested URL /learning/appCore/write.php was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
On checking the /learning/appCore/write.php, the file is not there.
