Forma LMS 2.3- stuck on step7/8

Hello to everyone!
I am trying to install Forma LMS 2.3 but i am stuck on step 7/8 about SMTP configuration..the page keeps loading..any suggestion please?

Hi, you should have an error in the apache log of your server.

Everything is ok now. Formlms is installed!

Hi All,
I'm using PHP Version 7.4.7 latest but I can't proceed with the installation of formalms-v2.3.0.2, Would appreciate if somebody can help me on this.
