Email not able to send - forma 2.4.2

Hi , I have tried all the debugging and checked the server with all settings, can anybody help in resolving the issue, as no mail sent from lost password and newsletter, kindly help...please suggest what need to be done on server to resolve this, i am using php7.0 and forma 2.4.2. please help
