Upgrade from 1.x to 2.3 errors on errors

Hallo everybody I was trying to update from version 1.x to 2.3 - I followed the procedure deleting all files except files folder config.php and so on as explained.

I received the following error:

Source pre-upgrade file: /home/docebo/public_html/upgrade/data/upg_data/20000_pre.php
Execute pre-upgrade func: preUpgrade20000
Upgrade db with file: /home/docebo/public_html/upgrade/data/upg_data/20000_db.sqlKey column 'code' doesn't exist in table

I notice that I had php 5 so I update to version 7.00 but errors 500 remained.

Then I followed this suggestion:

The procedure now seems to have finished correctly but now I have error 500 on homepage.
If i try to upgrade i receive the message: already installed verson 2.34 but no working on home page.


Now I will try to restore database and file backup and I'll try to repeat the procedure installing 2.0 first and not from 1.x to 2.3.

Any suggestion in order to avoid mentioned errors?

Post your web server error logs.

I wasn't able to find them.
Now when the restore will finish i will do it again and check errors.

Do you think I can do an upgrare directly from 1.x to 2.3?

I think I could do it without problems.
