Upgrading from Docebo 3.6.0.3

I have been successfully using Docebo 3.6.0.3 for quite some time, and never upgraded to 4.X because of the language files. We have made substantial changes in the langauges files, and did not want to have to start from scratch with everything!

So, my question/request is this:

1. is there someone on your team that we can pay - who will upgrade our Docebo installation for us?
2. If so, what is the fee?
3. We currently use Joomla 2.5, and have been using the docebo plugin that we created a few years back - I'm assuming this would still work;

Is there someone I can talk to about this?
I am asking because when I look at the upgrade pages in Forma, I can find no specific manual for upgrading.
