Course subscriptions confirmation stopped working

Hi,

I encountered a problem with course subscription: Submit button in Confirmation popup doesn't respond

Dev tools show this error

I am running version 2.2.1 and recently upgraded PHP version to 7.4.21

Any thoughts?

Downgrade to 7.0.x, Forma 2.2.1 is NOT compatible with newer PHP versions
