Description in New Elearning Course Missing

Hi there,
The Description box (which is tinymce editor) is not displayed while creating a new Elearning Course.
Please advise.

I bet the editor is not displaying anywhere, not only in the course description, isn't it?

Did you move your installation from a folder into another? Maybe something went wrong while you were moving your files and the editor file was corrupted or something like that.

which browser are you using ? version ?
check existans of folder and subfolders : <formalms_installdir>\addons\tiny_mce
try to assign write access to the folder <formalms_installdir>\addons\tiny_mce and all subfolders

Hi max,
yes it is not working anywhere. I made it two copies of installation.
It only works in the orginal installation.
I copied the files <installdir/addons/tiny_mce> from orginal to the existing installation.
Still it doesnt work.
Can you advise, what else i can try.

If you copied the tiny_mce folder from the docebo 3.6.x installation you must rename the file

Tiny_mce try to write /rewrite a cache file in its folders .
check the write permission of the tiny_mce folder and subfolder . Delete all cache files if you find anyone.

In formalms we have upgraded tiny_mce . so it's better you use the folder tiny_mce present in the forma package
