'Days of validity' and 'Average time for course'

During creating the course, below 'Time Option' menu, how to input the value of 'Days of validity'? and to how to get 'Average time for course'?

Days of validity: insert the number of days you want your users to be able to access the course. For example: 10. This means that after 10 days from their first access they won't be able to access the course.

Average time: this is something you have to insert yourself, knowing roughly how much time it takes to complete the course.
