Where to find out the ER Diagram or Process Flowchart?

I am trying to re-develop FormalMS, it will be easier if I had the system ER Diagram or process flowchart.

Could you please give me some documents of that? or please suggest me.

Simon I think that ER diagram doesn't exist.
I never saw an ER diagram of an open source app published with the app itself, but this could be the first time, if someone STARTS to write it down...

I confirm that no ER diagram are available.
Simon , why you does not build one and share it ? You can use DBDesigner 4 or dbdesigner 4 fork opensource tools or other similar
