Double applms/applms/index.php?r=lms/mycourses/show

I am getting doubel applms/applms after sign in

applms/applms/index.php?r=lms/mycourses/show

it only needs to be one

applms/index.php?r=lms/mycourses/show

Is this a bug or how to I updated this. I am using 3.3.17
