I've tried to send a message via the Contact Us page, and the captcha isn't working. I'm going to post my question here instead, as it's related to renewing our association membership.

I’m in the process of renewing our association membership. I saw that there was a renewal grace period price of 375; however, when I go to our subscriptions to reactivate, it’s showing a cost of 450. Do we still qualify for the 375 price? We (Scytl) purchased the association membership last year and are trying to renew for this year. Thanks!

Can you help us get activated? Username is SECorps. We paid for membership on Feb 16 and until now we still are not activated. We would like to start using V4 as soon as possible and launch it next month.
