I need help
After passing the database and user access steps (1 to 5), formalms installation stucked at step 6.

I am installing within the following environment:
1) forma version installing? 3.1.0
2) environment used: see below
3) web server error log : Error
4) Language selected at step 5 ? English

You have a problem with your mysql environment.
Should be on your instance to debug and fix.
